Death by Chocolate…
So I have been eyeballing this awesome looking chocolate fudge cake for a while on Pinterest. I decided today I needed to bake something (good therapy) and what’s better than Death by Chocolate! (Waiting for Gateau- the website where I got the recipe – calls it Ton-of-Fudge cake!) I’ll let you know how it is when I taste it! Verdict: It’s quite yummy and fudge-like!!

My Baby turned 5!
And she wanted Rapunzel from Tangled! I made her with 28-30 chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, butter-cream icing and love!
50th Anniversary Cake
Two tier vanilla cake with vanilla butter-cream icing. The request was for an all ivory cake with only a few roses to add a touch of class.

Star Wars Stormtrooper Head.

He was a lot of fun to make!
Mickey Mouse Baby Shower cake.
The bottom tier is vanilla with strawberry filling and buttercream icing.
The top tier is red velvet and buttercream icing.
Baby Mickey on top is made of clay so as to be a keepsake. (Yep, I made him!)
Cupcakes for my daughters Pre-K class and Valentine’s Day.
Her teachers requested Red Velvet and they turned out beautiful!
